Ondřej is in charge of a team of ACOMWARE consultants, he cooperates with big names in Czech e-business (Astratex, Popron), and has been dealing in marketing consultations for a long time. He also gives lectures on e-commerce at the University of Economics, Prague, and cooperates with Nadace O2 in the Think Big project. He is currently working on an internal educational project, E-commerce Academy, under the auspices of the EU.

What will you learn?

- How to calculate customer retention, various models for working with customer activity, tips for increasing retention, setting up measuring and what to do for better customer loyalty (45 minutes). - Settings and demonstrations of loyalty programs, consultations of specific VPs of individual e-shops (45 minutes). - You’ll learn what CX means and how it can help you (30 minutes). - I’ll offer you specific examples from both the Czech Republic and abroad and we’ll also look at your individual projects and I’ll provide recommendations tailored to your needs (40 minutes).

What do I need for attending?

Basic terminology and activities of online marketing. You need to have your data ideally from the past several years and ideally a customer base of at least 10,000. Basic knowledge of working with Google Analytics is expected.
