Tom has been with MailChimp for a 18+ months and started in tech support answering support emails and taking live chats. He transitioned into the compliance department in Q4 to help their team handle additional volume with regards to account reviews and holiday sending. In the spring of this year he worked with both the support and compliance teams before transitioning to our integrations team as our Partnerships Coordinator, which is his current role.
